If your goal is to improve your balance, specify the time and for how long you will perform the balance exercises. A - Achievable

While it's essential to dream big, ensure that your goals are realistic. Consider your current circumstances, resources, and capabilities. Setting an unattainable goal can lead to frustration and demotivation. Instead of aiming to become a marathon runner in a month, set an achievable goal like "run a 5k in three months" based on your current fitness level.

R - Relevant

SMART Goal:
