Hi there, I’m Brigitta, or you can call me Bri.

The Inspiration behind my Work

I’ve always been passionate about movement in all its forms. My experience as a competitive athlete across various sports has given me a profound appreciation for how our bodies function and the significance of effective movement. I am dedicated to helping others achieve their maximum potential, whether it’s recovering from an injury, enhancing performance, or simply getting back to the activities that bring you joy. My aim is to help you understand your body and make positive changes that align with your goals. Together, we’ll navigate any challenges that arise, empowering you to feel ready and excited to return to the things you enjoy most.

What makes me the right fit for your journey?

Because I’ve been in your shoes and truly understand the challenges you’re facing. As an athlete with a diverse background, I’ve had my share of injuries and know how frustrating setbacks can be. Living the active Vancouver lifestyle—hiking, backcountry camping, skiing, biking, running, and more—I know how important it is to stay involved in the activities that make life fulfilling.

I also bring a wealth of personal experience as an avid gym-goer, a former field hockey and track athlete, and a two-time Ironman 70.3 competitor. I know that recovery isn’t always a straight path and that everyone’s goals are unique to their own story. I offer a range of services designed to help you rebuild strength, regain confidence, and get back to what you love most. Let’s work together to achieve your goals!

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University and a Master of Physiotherapy from Western University, in addition to having completed over 20 post-graduate courses to advance my practice.
