Hi there, I’m Brigitta, or you can call me Bri.

The Inspiration behind my Work

I’ve always been passionate about movement in all its forms. My experience as a competitive athlete across various sports has given me a profound appreciation for how our bodies function and the significance of effective movement. I am dedicated to helping others achieve their maximum potential, whether it’s recovering from an injury, enhancing performance, or simply enjoying the activities you love. My aim is to help you understand your body and make positive changes that align with your goals. Together, we’ll navigate any challenges that arise, empowering you to feel ready and excited to return to the things you enjoy most.

What makes me the right fit for your journey?

Because I have been in your shoes and recognize the struggles you face. As a well-rounded athlete, I’ve faced my share of injuries along the way. I enjoy the classic Vancouverite lifestyle—hiking, backcountry camping, skiing, and running, so I know how important it is to stay engaged in activities that make you happy. I also lift weights, have competed in two Ironman 70.3s, and am an ex-field hockey and track athlete. I know that the road to recovery isn’t always straightforward and that each person’s goals are distinctively theirs. I offer a wide range of services that will support you in reaching those goals.
