My approach

I approach each treatment through the lens of functional movement and tissue load management. I create an individualized treatment plan for each patient, with a strong focus on exercise rehab to support your goals. Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate techniques like manual therapy or IMS/Dry Needling into your sessions. My approach is rooted in understanding how your body moves and building resilience to prevent future injuries. By combining evidence-based treatments, I help you regain strength, improve performance, and get you back to doing what you love.
